Terms of Service — Mi Mi Draw Machine
By using Mi Mi Draw Machine ("the App") you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The App is a free tool for randomly drawing straws and recording the results, provided for convenience and entertainment. Results are generated in your browser with the Web Crypto API; no fitness for any particular purpose is guaranteed.
2. Your data and backups
Data is stored in your browser and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser storage, device failure, changes to Google Drive, or mistaken restores. Google Drive use is also subject to Google's terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to violate applicable law or others' rights, or to interfere with the service or with Google's services through it.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
5. Third-party services
The App relies on Google Identity Services, the Google Drive API, Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, whose availability is outside the developer's control.
6. Changes and termination
The App may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).

使用 Mi Mi Draw Machine(以下稱「本 App」)即表示你同意以下條款。
1. 服務內容
本 App 是一個免費的隨機抽籤與結果紀錄工具,僅供便利與娛樂之用。抽籤結果由你的瀏覽器透過 Web Crypto API 產生;不保證適用於任何特定用途。
2. 你的資料與備份
資料儲存在你的瀏覽器中,若你選擇,也會依隱私權政策所述儲存在你自己的 Google Drive。你須自行負責保留備份。對於因清除瀏覽器資料、裝置故障、Google Drive 變動或誤操作還原所造成的資料遺失,開發者不負責任。使用 Google Drive 亦受 Google 條款約束。
3. 合理使用
請勿利用本 App 違反適用法律或他人權利,或干擾本服務或透過本服務干擾 Google 的服務。
4. 免責聲明與責任限制
本 App 依「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供,不附帶任何形式的保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內,開發者對因使用或無法使用本 App 所產生的任何損害不負責任。
5. 第三方服務
本 App 依賴 Google Identity Services、Google Drive API、Google Analytics 與 Cloudflare Web Analytics,其可用性不在開發者控制範圍內。
6. 變更與終止
本 App 可能隨時變更、暫停或停止。本條款可能更新;更新後繼續使用即視為接受。
7. 準據法
本條款以中華民國(臺灣)法律為準據法。
